Order policy
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form or e-mail.
Due to the nature of the unique items for sale, we will immediately contact you in the rare case of someone purchasing your desired unique item before your purchase is processed. In this case we will immediately offer you a full refund or an alternative product.
If you are interested in any of the work that is not exhibited in the shop please feel free to get in contact and we will be delighted to email you the details – price, delivery prices and handling costs.
When ordering small items such as non-hand painted cards and magnets there is a minimum order of three individual card/magnets or one pack of cards/magnets.
It is possible to mix and match these items i.e. two cards and one magnet.
When ordering any items over €5 it is possible to order non-hand painted cards/magnets individually with your order.
Payment
Your payment will be processed through PayPal. You can pay through your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card.
Your goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared.
You can order with confidence online as we accept orders only through our secure server.
Delivery
Free Delivery for all shop items to Europe and North and South and Central America.
All postage will be through An Post.
Prints and larger visual works will be sent by certified post.
Shipping time will depend on each country, but approximately it wills take 1 to 2 weeks.
We will send you e-mail confirmation when we have dispatched your product to you.
For commissions or items done to order please allow for production time as well as shipping. We will inform of an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible.
Return policy
If you have any queries or problems with your received article(s), please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.
T-shirts can only be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returned items must be in original condition with labels and all tags still attached.
Costs incurred in posting the returned item(s) are responsibility of the customer.
Once confirmation of a refund is made by email we shall refund you by the same means as the original payment.
We do not accept returns or refund any print or original artist visual work.
